The Basics for Project Manager Training is designed for individuals preparing to become project managers. They learn the essential skills, knowledge and responsibilities of a project manager. The training covers project tools and techniques, as well as working effectively with clients, stakeholders, team members and other departments. It teaches how to manage risks, issues, changes and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Advanced Project Manager Training

Advanced Project Manager Training is tailored for senior projects managers, providing comprehensive coverage of topics aimed at setting clear expectations, sharing best practices across various project management areas and providing more in-depth leadership skills. Participants have the chance to refine their skills through practical exercises and engage with seasoned Halff facilitators.

Team Leader Training

Intro to Team Leader Training

Intro to Team Leader Training is designed for newly promoted team leaders as a prerequisite to attending formal team leader training. It covers the main responsibilities and expectations of a team leader, the essential skills for leading a team, constructive communication with your team and stakeholders, common challenges that arise, ethics and much more.

Team Leader Training

Team Leader Training dives deeper into the team leader role, focusing on growing in areas such as business development, marketing, performance planning, developing and communicating vision, project performance and recruiting.

People Leader Forum

People Leader Forum

All leaders with direct reports in Halff attend the annual People Leader Forum, where strategic insights and market trends are discussed. Breakout sessions, networking, team building and more bring together leaders in a collaborative environment.  

Dare to Lead Training

Dare to Lead Training

Dare to Lead is a selective and intensive leadership program for ambitious professionals, senior leaders and visionaries, and it is the highest level of leadership development offered at Halff.

Dare to Lead is more than just a training course; it’s an immersive experience that blends cutting-edge leadership theories with practical, hands-on application. Over the course of this program, participants engage in a dynamic curriculum that includes workshops, interactive sessions, real-world case studies and personalized coaching.

      • • Lunch & Learn sessions are provided regularly and give people opportunities to hear professionals share their expertise, with many sessions offering Professional Development Hour (PDH) credits.

      • • Halff’s Mentorship Program is a six-month program for mentees interested in developing their knowledge, skills and abilities in an accelerated manner with mentors willing to share their insights.

      • • Halff Academy is our all-in-one employee learning and development platform that offers a wide range of in-person, virtual and on-demand training programs to support your learning and growth.
