Project Manager Training

Intro to Project Manager Training

Intro to Project Manager Training is designed for individuals preparing to become project managers. They will learn the essential skills, knowledge and responsibilities of a project manager. The training covers project tools and techniques, as well as working effectively with clients, stakeholders, team members and other departments. It also teaches how to manage risks, issues, changes and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. 

Project Manager 2.0 Training

The Project Manager 2.0 Training is designed for project managers who have 2-5 years of experience and want to enhance their skills in leading teams, communicating with stakeholders and more. This course covers topics such as financial acumen, emotional intelligence and decision-making strategies. 

Team Leader Training

Intro to Team Leader Training

Intro to Team Leader Training is designed for project managers who want to become effective team leaders. It covers the main responsibilities and expectations of a team leader, the essential skills for leading a team, constructive communication with your team and stakeholders, common challenges that arise and much more. 

Team Leader Training

Team Leader Training is for newly promoted team leaders, equipping them to step into their role successfully. The course covers various aspects of business acumen, from ethics and marketing to legal and accounting, as well as business development skills. Both soft skills and technical skills are covered to give new team leaders a strong foundation.  

Leadership Skills Training

Leadership Skills Training

Leadership Skills Training teaches and develops important leadership techniques in employees, from delegation and expectations to accountability and more.  

People Leader Forum

People Leader Forum

All leaders with direct reports in Halff attend the annual People Leader Forum, where strategic insights and market trends are discussed. Breakout sessions, networking, team building and more bring together leaders in a collaborative environment.  

Dare to Lead Training

Dare to Lead Training

Dare to Lead is a selective and intensive program for 16 leaders and is the highest level of leadership training/development.

Experts within the company share their expertise through a robust calendar of lunch and learn events. Professional Development Hours (PDH) credit is available for many sessions, helping professionals maintain their licenses. Halff Academy is our state-of-the-art learning platform that provides a valuable educational and professional development experience for our people.

Other Halff programs designed to nurture and develop our people include our company-wide public speaking program, tuition assistance program, mentorship program and a personal computer purchase assistance program.

In addition, we offer a formal, multi-level training program that shepherds employees through each stage of their careers.
